Two clubs, same budget, very different outcomes. The method you choose for your jersey print affects durability, color range, and minimum order size more than most people realize.

We produce jerseys for football clubs, esports teams, cricket academies, and basketball programs. The question we hear most often isn’t about price — it’s about which print method to choose. Full sublimation and screen printing serve different briefs entirely.

Full sublimation dyes the fabric itself — colors don’t sit on top, they become part of the material. This means no cracking, no peeling, and no limit on color complexity. Screen printing is faster for simple designs but degrades with washing over time.

  • Full sublimation: unlimited colors, no fade, MOQ 20 units
  • Screen print: best for 1–3 color logos on dark fabrics
  • Player names & numbers: always sublimation for longevity
  • Turnaround: sublimation is 10–14 days from artwork approval
