Ordering & Quotes
How do I get a quote?
Send us your tech pack, sketches, or a reference garment through our quote request form or by emailing orders@zradausa.com. We’ll come back with a costed quote and a suggested production timeline.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Most quotes are returned within 24-48 hours of receiving your specs. Complex custom builds (multi-material combat wear, technical leather work) can take slightly longer.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimums are flexible and depend on the product – from small runs of around 20 pieces for jerseys up to larger orders of 5,000+ units for mailer bags. We don’t hold every client to a single fixed minimum; tell us your volume and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Samples
Do I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes, always. Every order includes a physical sample that you review and sign off on before we cut a single bulk unit. Nothing goes into mass production without your approval.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample cost depends on the product and complexity and is confirmed as part of your quote. Ask your quote for details on how sample cost applies to your bulk order.
Customization & Private Label
Can I add my own branding, tags, and packaging?
Yes. We manufacture entirely private label – your logo, your tags, your packaging. ZRADA branding never appears on your product.
What can be customized?
Cut, colorway, print, embroidery, and packaging can all be configured to your spec across our product lines: leather jackets, sports jerseys, paddles, mailer bags, and BJJ uniforms.
Production & Lead Times
How long does production take?
Lead times run as tight as 21 days on repeat orders. First-time orders typically take longer to account for sample approval and any pattern adjustments – your quote will include a specific timeline for your order.

Payment
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. Exact terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed on your official quote.
